Waitng after sending back fro re assesment

A package was sent to me from united state, on getting to the post office at silverton i was ask to pay 4500 rands to receive a package worth of 400 usd, so i ask them to send it back for re assessment and up till now no news about the package and i contacted the post they told me it is with the customs i will like to know what going on with the package thanks here is the tracking number below
