Impressive service at no cost

I took my car into the Auckland Park branch of Car Service City, for them to fix a really bad rattle and grinding noise. The initial quote was for new brake pads - not cheap! However, an hour later, I got a call to say that the problem was fixed at no charge! There was something loose which they tightened. I did not have to pay a cent, not even for labour. I was very impressed, firstly with their honesty about the actual problem, and secondly with the fact that they repaired this for nothing. Thank you!
