Almost 3 Months and Still No Ca

My car was towed into ABW while i was away on business. A friend had a mishap with the vehicle. This was on 16 June. It is now September, and I still have not got my car back. There may be minor things left to do that failed the inspection, but for almost 1/4 of a year I have been paying for a car, and its insurance premiums, and have not even had a car.

Furthermore, the damage was almost R80 000. Fought for a write-off but the insurance company declined. I think this is going to cost them a lot more now. And to top it off, my excess is probably going to be R4000, after which I want to sell the car (wil have to be at a reduced price too).

Something needs to be done at ABW. Some of the staf give feedback but it is really not good enough in general. To get service, i seem to have to that pain-in-the- calling them.
