Amazing Service Delivery from Start to End

Words cannot begin to describe the angst I was experiencing when my car broke down in a rather unsafe area in peak hour traffic! I called the AA who were so amazingly professional from start to end!

Firstly my subscription fee failed due to my salary not clearing in time, but that didn't stop these guys! I made a credit card payment with their membership department and it was worth every cent. To boot, they arranged for ADT to come stand by me whilst I was in this nasty area and before I knew it Elias was there with his flat bed truck and within 3 minutes my pathetic little car was up and we were on our way!

Thank you for coming to my rescue and more importantly thank you for your professionalism, friendliness and cooperation throughout my ordeal. Speaking as someone who works in the service industry, you guys really went above and beyond that extra mile!
