No License and Registration Received

Purchased a Puegot 207 on 26 Apr '13. Billed for Lic & Reg = R1995 awa On the Road Charges = R2495. To date, still no documents were received. No license plates either. Phoned numerous times to no avail. Promises of courier and post, but nothing. Dealer cursed us on day of purchase as well and Lara tried to apologise on his behalf. Dealer also didn't pay the offer for the trade-in as promised on day of viewing the car in front of an eye witness. Seriously dissapointed. Please, if this is not resolved, we will continue to the Ombudsman for Motor Industry.
