AO Motors Bad Dealership

Cars & Transport

I responded to an internet add, 2009 Volkswagen Polo 1.9TDI (96kw) HighLine, I bought the car as advertised and the dealer also assured me that license and registration would be taken care of. I paid additionally (license fee R4950.00) for the licensing and registration. After the car was delivered and numerous phone calls regarding the license and registration, I was told to sort it out myself. we got a fine in the mean time seeing that the car had only a temporary permit that expired. I had to spend an additional R848.00 and pay the R500.00 fine. That is when I started questioning the hole deal, I phoned a Volkswagen dealers parts department and gave my VIN no, he informed me that the car is a 72 kw and not a 96 kw that I bought and Paid for. I have tried to speak to the dealer, I even got Wesbank involved and no joy or resolution. I want them to cancel the deal, because I can't trust anything of the dealer. I paid R129 990 for a 96 kw Polo Classic Highline and got a R115 500 74 kw Polo Classic Highline instead, which I did not want or that I bought.
