Hi I am writing this report as a very unhappy client. I bought a Space Gray 2011, 320i sportspack BMW with 26000 km from Fordicks BMW Tygervalley in Cape Town in November 2012. I now have the car for 5 months. The vehicle already broke down 6 times with the same problem. The car has got electronic problems, when Im driving all the warning lights comes on and the speedo meter stops reading. It was taken to BMW dealerships, I was told it was a loose coonection that goes into the Fuse box. the car broke down again after a week. I was told it was a loose connection inside the fuse box. next time I was told maye there is a tracking device in the vehicle that is not deactivated. They found that it was not the case. It went back over and over for the same problem. I requested the dealership to replace the car and ever since I have been given round arounds. I have been sent from pillar to post. I have requested the dealership principal AGROTIS NICHOLAS to contact me and he never bothered to contact me. I am now busy consulting my lawyers to find out how tis car can be replaced. I am sick and tired of the way I have been treated.
