Misleading Advertising and Brand names

I have the same problem as somebody else with regards to the Fireforce tyres made and sold buy Firestone.

I have just copied and pasted their complaint as it is exactly what I want to say.

I have purchased the fireforce tryes that are made by firestone under the pretence that it has the Guarantee that Firestone promisses.
The tyre is still brand new and is now damaged and needs to be replaced i phoned firestone and was told that they do make the tyre but don't give the Guarantee on this one cause it does not display the (F) on the tyre.
When you phone in and are on hold the voice massage in the back says that they have extended the Guarantee to the entire range but the gentlemen by the name of Dan said it is not under Guarantee.

This is a that Firestone uses to get people buy the product and does not keep the promise!
