Vw after service!!!

Where do I start, I have purchased my visit brand new vehicle from barons in Edwin Swales Durban March 2012, great car gti... After purchasing the car I had numerous defects with the interior - leather seats, tail lights, incorrect parts order etc, May 2013 I traded in the vehicle due to extensive business travel and high mileage consumption, and thought I should take my business to another branch and hopefully I would have a better relationship with Vw the brand, I purchased a cross polo, three months later guess what, I was stopped by a police officer on the N3 to Durban and tolded my vehicle was, after begging to the cop that I am not a criminal she let me and my family go, the guys at the dealership since the 2nd August have been trying to assist me to get my vehicle cleared by the police, I have now relocated to gauteng and purchased vehicle in Durban and the team at gateway are finding it difficult to finalize this matter with their colleagues in gauteng, I went this morning to dealership in Pretoria to sort this out, but there was no original documentation sent from gateway...
This is certainly a comedy of ERRORS from gateway and I am frustrated!
