Best client liaison ever!

After a wonderful holiday, our vehicle unfortunately broke down just outside Polokwane. Our insurance organised for our Jeep Grand Cherokee to be towed to Mercurius Motors in Polokwane to be fixed. We returned to Pretoria the next day, and left our vehicle at Mercurius Motors, as they were not exactly sure what is wrong and the repairs would take a while. Every second day Richard Mochitele from the services and parts division phoned us to give us feedback. Unfortunately the parts had to be ordered, and took a few weeks to be delivered. We did not have to phone once to enquire about the status of the repairs or whether the parts arrived - he phoned to update us at every step - even when there was nothing new to report. This really gave us such piece of mind and made the whole experience so much less painful! We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Richard - he is an absolute first class client liaison. Richard, keep up the good work; it does not go unnoticed!
