Mercedes Benz in Polokwane are

I visited Mercedes Benz in Polokwane twice in about a month or two, and both time I got very poor service from the Service Station. I was there yesterday to service my Mercedes C200 K and they called me with a quote of R30000 which included a few extras they said which was not working in my car, and one such thing was the Horn, which was working perfectly fine just before I gave it for service, they said to me in the phone that your horn was not working, so when I got my car back, they pulled out the wire of the horn, and to fix a problem they created, they wanted to charge my R3000, and that was only one of the expenses from the lot, so now I wonder how many false things were written in the quote, and to me this is, on top of that they took R700 for the diagnostic test, which is standard I understand, but I did not get a complimentary wash either, so I paid R700 for false info and did not even get my car washed. Previously they gave me false information about my fan which was about 2 months ago where they said the regulator has gone where else it was the actual fan. I also know of a few people who also had problems in the service department. Never visiting MB PLK again.
