BEFORE & AFTER SERVICE

Cars & Transport

I am sure that this is not something new when you get to buy or service your vehicle, you are the most important person (you get the VIP) you know what I am talking about.
On the 15/08/2013 I took my VW Polo Classic to Lindsay Saker Midrand for a 150 000km service.
I only noticed after few days that my hand breaks was not adjusted (stupid me). On the 28/08/2013 I start up to leave work, my coolant light sounds an alarm. I check the level... level is down! I call the dealership and speak to Gert frey and this is the story in short. I BUMPED SOMETHING ON THE DRIVE! THERE'S A LEAK. I MUST TEST IT TO SEE IF IT IS LEAKING. I MUST FILL UP. I mean what the did I send it for a service for. WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY I PAYED. OK MR CHETTY YOU CAN BOOK YOUR CAR IN..I ASK MY ASSISTANT TO CALL YOU.
I asked him can we do this on Saturday because I took leave to do the service. He says no we don't do this on the weekend..you must book it in. Where does this leave me.. will I ever deal or recommend anybody to LIndsay Saker MIdrand 100%..NOOOOOO.
