Shocking Service, Shocking Condition of Cars :(

I lease a car from avis and have done so for well over 18months now, you would think I would be treated in a better manor for being a loyal and valuable customer to them but this is not the case.
I was away for the long weekend in Nelspruit when on my way for a day out the breaks on the VW Polo I had failed (I had the car from new so this is pretty bad on their part too). A pretty terrible experience but thankfully no one got hurt. I then had to navigate my way to the Avis office in Nelspruit.
At the office after being confronted with distasteful music with swearing and foul language who wasnt in uniform and couldn't help me??
No apologies or any form of urgency. I sat for an hour waiting for a car. For the first time in a long time I actually inspected the car and I was shocked, multiple chips, scrapes across most of the body and wheels. I then opened the inside and was shocked further with the state of the interior, stains and dirt. Further 2 cars suffered the same issues, the staff eventually came to see why I was complaining. 2hrs later I landed up with a broken Polo, which was best of a bad bunch.
The saga continues, with further swap outs.
