Terrible service

Bought a car with Albert Venter at Proton Menlynn on 02-08-2013, was back the very same monday with complaints regarding the vehicle, of wich we were told there's nothing they can do and refuses to cancel the deal and return our old car back, Alberts manager Jan told us he will not tack back the car so were stuck with it, no other garage want the car cos there's a R50000 loss now on it so we cnt trade it on something els, everytime we go to Albert he pretends to be busy with another car for us ofwitch we have been waiting for him for a month now, if we dnt phone him never get back to us.
