My vehicle (VW Scirocco) was booked into VW Uhmlanga for a service. There were a few issues with the Vehicle that needed resolving (windscreen wipers, aircon filter etc). One other issue was a moth that had gotten into the headlight, which I had asked to be removed.
The first problem is, every time I called to ask a question about the service, I was told that my vehicle was not on the system, even though they did the 15000km oil change.
2ndly, I was going to be charged for replacing parts because they "didn't know" I had purchased a Maintenance plan.
3rd: I waited 15000km (till the 30000km) service to ask AGAIN for the moth to be removed because they told me it could not be done if your car was booked in for a service on Saturday, which is a half day. Today I was informed it could not be done as it would take 2 hours.
I am extremely disappointed as I paid VW alot of money for the vehicle and I expect decent after sale service.
This kind of service makes me wish I had never purchased a Scirocco (My dream car)
