Car Service City
Incorrect

I have concerns about a gentlemen named Johan at Car Service City in Westgate. First its not all bad as he has helped and gone the extra mile to accommodate the service of my car. He is knowledgeable and understands his customers.

Am disappointed with how he handled my quote on the service as the quoted price did not include VAT. Now I don't know how quotes work exactly in the motor industry, but any customer would assume that it was the total price which included VAT. It really put me in a sticky situation. ALL am saying is whenever you give a customer quotation on anything be clear on anything else that might be included such as VAT and storage fees...
As a whole the situation was slightly dissatisfying.
