No Fusebox in stock & 21 days to get the fusebox!

We bought a brand new Fiat Ducato 19 seater cash 4 months ago for school transport purposes. Now 4 months later, the fuse box burned. Agenbag (John Williams motors referred us to them) tell us that their is no stock & it will take 21 working days from when the part was ordered. We now have to transport 12 children by cars everyday 40km there & back. How can there not be at least one fuse box in the whole of South Africa? And they don't even care if its a school bus or not, they say its not their problem and refer us to the dealer that sold us the minibus, who in turn also don't care if the minibus gets fixed in a month or 2 months! I will never buy a FIAT in my life again. If a client must wait almost a month for a fuse box, how many months will you wait if its something bigger. Its really pathetic service.
