Terrible service

I am waiting for a spare key for my mercedes benz SUVfrom Joburg, this courier company is messing me around. They say they came on Friday at 3 yet our entire staff was there. What terrible service? I want that key today and am very concerned with etc in our society and they have my key for many days now . this is disgusting service, I demand that key today!!! No more excuses!!!
