Ford can't repair vehicles they sell!!!

I bought a new For Ranger 2.2 Diesel in February 2013. The vehicle started to and smoke, and was in for repairs a total of 3 weeks!! I dont get any response from Ford Motor Company or the dealer regarding this issue.!! It seems that they cannot repair the vehicles they sell!!!???
