Worst Service Eve

Documents were couriered from Westbank to me overnight from JHB to Cape Town on 20 August 2013.
On 23 August after not recieveing any document I traced on their website and found it was in a cage in Cape town.
After numerous phone calls i was promised it would be delivered on 26 August and I will be contacted with delivery time etc.
On 12:15 on 26 August after no call from UTI I again traced on website and found it was still in a cage in Cape Town.
After numerous calls once again and losing my cool and shouting at people the parcell was delivered.
When ever asking to speak to a supervisor or manager they were never available.
After leaving messages for the manager to call me back it also never happened.
