Nothing delivered as promised

On the 13th of December 2013 i contacted telkom for 1 of their smart tv promotions i was promised that it would be delivered to me in 10 (ten) working days its almost a month later i still dont have it. i contacted Telkom and they gave me Infrasol's number, they the company thats supposed to deliver it and set it up. after numerous calls to them i finally found that it took 3 (three) days to courier it from johannesberg to cape town, which is unheard of as freighting even by road is normally over night. nevertheless its been 3 days now and im still waiting for them to contact me with a delivery time. service is unheard of from infrasol. i dont know how a company like telkom can use an incompetent company like infrasol to do their deliveries!!
