Ford
SOLD A DEFECTIVE FORD KUGA

Cars & Transport

I recently purchased a brand new top of the range Ford Kuga Titanium (3 weeks ago). Since taking ownership of the vehicle the wheel alignment has been severely out, with the car pulling strongly to the left and changing multiple lanes on its own. I took the car back the very next day after taking ownership, and was sent to have the wheel alignment done, however this in no way even slightly solved the problem, so a week later I was back at the dealership to have them look into, and to correct the issue. I again received the car back with absolutely no change whatsoever i.e. the problem persists. I took the car in again last week Friday, and received it back with the steering wheel completely misaligned and the car still pulling to the left and changing lanes on its own on even surfaced roads. This service is shocking, because anyone who properly quality assured the vehicle after the problem was "resolved" would have identified that there was no change and that new issues were introduced. Having previously owned an Audi and having been very happy with it, am losing faith very quickly in Ford and think I may have made a mistake to have left Audi!
