Unacceptable condition of expensive rental jeep

Rented Jeep from Kea for 2 week holiday in South Africa, for R900 (approx? 75) per day. 3 separate incidents. Firstly, blew a side wall puncture on road in Drackensburg mountains. A tour guide said he had never seen one of these in 13 years of working on that road and the tyre was not in road worthy condition. Spare tyre was flat. Second incident - diesel filter leaked (was not on properly) whilst in game park. Had to be serviced; delayed holiday by 36 hours. 3rd incident - back wheel fell of axel of jeep. Meant our party was unable to meet group of friends for last night in country. Overall ruined 3 days of our holiday. Unacceptable considering price of rental.
Manager at HQ did apologise and promised a refund. This took about 2 months to sort out with appalling professionalism in terms of not replying to emails and forgetting/not finding receipts emailed several times. Company claimed they had paid the refund (which was 1/3 amount originally agreed) but it was never received. Ultimately we gave up trying to get this money back.
DO NOT RENT FROM KEA CAMPERS - NON ROADWORTHY, EXPENSIVE JEEPS, APPAULING CUSTOMER RELATIONS
