After having it out with Amanzimtoti and customer service with a warranty repair, I finally decided to contact the dealership where I bought the Hd72 truck from. Thank you for Mark Torrance, Nicki, Paul from Hyundai Pinetown for turning my frown upside down! After speaking to Mark Torrance, the spares were miraculously found and fitted by 12h00 the next day by Toti branch and all warranties approved. Pinetown by the way immediately had a loan truck available for me, this after toti branch and Nadine at customer care repeatedly told me replacement vehicles and renting of vehicles was for the clients cost! I rented a truck for one week!!!
I did however not feel comfortable with totis' workmanship and decided to take the vehicle to Pinetown for a check-up anyway- thank! All the bolts for the new replacement generator was not secured and the drive belt was fitted incorrectly! Big ups to Pinetown and the team- thumbs down to Amanzimtoti branch as well as national customer service for costing me a weeks rental cost!!!
