POOR SERVICE AND PARTS

I have heard many stories about these chinese bikes. I took my chances after a long time of riding small engined Japanese bikes.

These Chinese scooters and bikes come at a reasonable price tag but the service is the poorest. Its worse when you deal with ignorant and uncaring mechanics like Raymond who is the service manager at Motomia Cape Town.

I did my service at his store a month ago, I only did 300km's and now my chain needs to be tightened again which is part of the scope of work he said he did on the jobcard he issued me after the service was complete.

Ontop of that he was soooo rude on the phone.

Motomia need to reconsider what type of people it employs as the parts of these bikes are just too pathetic to have such ignorant staff working on them.
