Computer box

My car was in a accident but it did start after the incident but we unplugged the computer box because it was hanging loose and put it in the glove box where it was so they supplied me with a new one and send the car to ford 0123383700.It was only to be there for 2 days and now it's almost 2 weeks. I have to keep phoning them because they don't keep me updated and if I ask them why it takes so long they don't get the car started because of the accident witch I know is not the case because the car was fine after the accident. So I asked them for a courtesy car because I have to get to work and I'm struggling because of them and they said they will give me one but now after what they said nothing happens and no one comes back to me!
