I recently had someone drive into the back of my red Hyundai Atos. My insurance company immediately listed De Jongh's Panelbeating Centre as the place I had to take my car to get fixed.
3 weeks later, after I collected my car, I noticed that the back windscreen wiper was not working. I took it back, and they said that it hadn't been put back properly. So they quickly put it back, with no apology.
Then I noticed a few days later one of my rubber strips missing from the left side of the roof. De Jongh's had not placed this on properly, and it had blown off in my travels somewhere.
Not only will they not accept responsibility for this, there is no offer for replacement either. Dirk also had an extremely arrogant and rude manner when speaking to my father and even hung up on him!
I can't believe the attitude towards your customers - especially when we gave you a R20 000 job!! Carry on like this, and you will have no more customers. Customers are king Dirk, maybe you will only realize that when it is too late. I hope all the major insurance companies pull out from doing business with you - you don't deserve customer loyalty!!
