I saw a car on line advertised by KIA, i was bit hesitant to enquire after a i almost got into responding on on line advert for a car. I enquired, and i got reply immediately, and i was called by their sales executive Donovan Johnstone, who was very friendly and was very informative and patient with me since i didn't't trust the sale. he was very friendly and did every thing i asked in order to make sure that this was legit, and sent me everything i needed and my sale was done in few days. I'm in Cape T own, i had my cousin to fetch the car, but the made an effort to take a picture of my car with the ribbon and send it to me. i love my car and i had enquiries since this is my 1st car with my contracts and cost, and Wilma was more than willing to explain to me in detail and i understood, they still respond to my emails immediately when i enquire, and i feel we have built more than a customer and seller relation ship. I will love to do business with them again and will feel safe and satisfied. I would refer all my friends and family to him.
