Early, all's well

So chuffed. After hearing many bad things about panelbeaters, North City did a great job. Finished earlier than expected. Didn't have to call them once. Got constant progress updates via sms. I never worried.

Compliments to Michael who oversaw the repair of my car.

If I may voice 1 objection: The one receptionist I spoke to didn't always know what's plotting. Since this is the face of the organisation, I strongly encourage North City to ensure their receptionists are well-trained.

No reason for concern though. Behind the scenes, everything runs like clockwork.
