I submitted a tyre claim in February as instructed by the warranty information. Every month i follow up and get the same response, they are waiting for feedback from the tyre supplier. Then when i question their shoddy service i am told that they are actually not responsible because the warranty is with the tyre supplier. Such a pity that was not mentioned when they explained this magnificent warranty when i purchased the car.
This is now 6 months and counting and no resolve.
