Worst after sales "service" I have EVER received. Actually, I can't call it service.

On a couple of occasion I have tried to make use of your services, but always left to rather go to another dealer.
Your very unfriendly staffs always manage to make me feel as if they are doing me a huge favour by helping me.

They do not listen the first time I state my problem, thus having to repeat myself.

Thank you once again for nothing.
