Poor workmanship & dishonesty

My vehicle went to Autoquip for front tyres, alignment, balancing. Firestones were fitted for the all-road-hazard guarantee.
For this job, the vehicle had to visit Autoquip 4 times up to now, and still the job is not done right. (balancing is still not right)
The tyres were also worn down incorrectly due to poor workmanship, which Autoquip admitted seems to be their fault, but still did not want to take responsibility for.
The only way the manager was willing to assist, was to purposefully damage the tyres so he could claim them from the supplier on their all-road-hazard guarantee.
Although Autoquip did invite me back, I do not trust them anymore (for obvious reasons) and after 4 times, what will a 5th help...?
