Gaskets made to order dont work - No refund!

I paid R 1, 596.00 for two gaskets which I ordered in the more expensive material copper, I couriered the sample gaskets to the supplier @ R 200 to duplicate, the gaskets arrived and do not work and after phoning the salesperson she stated there are no refunds they cannot guarantee the gaskets will work!!! come on this is passing the buck the product did not match the original part sent back to me my mechanic
I demand a refund
