I recently went to Cedar Isle BMW to order the black M-Performance grills for my new M135i. I was helped by a man named Theo Welgemoed. He confirmed with me that the black M-Performance grills were in stock at another dealership and he would have them delivered to Cedar Isle the following morning. Pleased with this information I purchased these grills. The following day I phoned to confirm the delivery and was now informed that he did not have the grills and that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for them to be delivered from Germany. Unpleased with this information I phoned Lyndhurst Auto who confirmed that they had the grills in stock but had just sold the last set, the set that I was supposed to receive. From now on I refuse to purchase any parts or accessories from Cedar Isle Auto.
