Where's my money (almost R12.000)?

Hired a vehicle on the 5th Aug and returned it in the same condition the next day. Woodford reserved R12, 5000.00 from my credit card as a deposit/guarantee and is yet to reverse or cancel this so that the money is returned back into my account. I've spoken with Mario Coombs on the 9th/14th/22nd Aug as well as with another chap which have ensured me that the reversal was done on the 10th Aug, FNB says it hasn't so where the F? @*! is my money?

This refers to TAMBO-3524 for a white Audi A4 (ND79171), I demand a solution now and will most certainly not be using your company again in future for business or personal use.
