General bad service

Just a general bad experience at Car Service City Illovo branch.
- They gave me a price over the phone which they wanted to change when I delivered my car the next day.
- Just note that the price they quote excludes VAT which makes quite a difference.
- They didn't de-active the service notification on my car which I would think is standard procedure.
- They give me conflicting messages when I phone on Monday and when I phone on Wednesday.
- They make promises when I phone on one day but on the day of delivery they can't commit.
- They put stickers on my car without my consent or approval.
