Service Excellence at its best

I would like to offer my appreciation at the level of service delivered by one of VW's service managers (Maree),
I had an issue with the manifold on my car and my car was out of warranty, Maree went the extra mile by submitting a motivation on my behalf to fight for approval of the service to my vehicle, after a a few days it was approved and VW repaird my vehicle, thorughout this peiod i was kept well informed, this is but only one incident that highlights VW Durbans service excellence, their customer service on a whole is of world class standards and to those that are apart of the VW Durbans client base, they will understand what i am saying...
Thank you Maree and VW Durban for consistently offering service excellence and making things happen, you have won my support as a customer...
