Lost/ CD

After having had to wait for 30 MINUTES to receive my car because of just terrible organisation (and many fake smiles!), I started experiencing small FAULTS in the car I hired from FIRST CAR RENTAL. This included a broken roof light, leaving me literally "in the dark" at night, faulty dials etc. On top of this, my (expensive) CD got stuck in their (yes) FAULTY CD PLAYER. I reported the stuck CD first to the Lot Manager upon returning the vehicle (even showed him, to which he admitted there WAS indeed a STUCK CD in their player), then to the Branch Manager DEBBIE. She assured me that they would return the CD. ONE MONTH later, NO FEEDBACK. I phoned and was informed by her that their technician found NO MISSING CD. WHAT A JOKE! To all reading this: FIRST Car Rental is a company who STEALS from their clients! DEBBIE offered me nothing else than, sorry NO CD was found, and couldn't wait for me to get off the phone! I am considering legal action against First Car Rental, King Shaka - not because of a R200 CD, but out of pure principle. Whenever chosing a rental car, give FIRST a skip. First Car Rental... possibly the cheapest, definitely the Worst!
