BROKEN DOWN VW POLO 1.6

On Monday 21 January 2013 I was on my way to drive away at home on holiday to Oudtshoorn. After I hook the trailer up I discovered that some of the lights on the car is not working. After I check every fuse, the lights was working again, but when i wanted to pull away the EPC light was working consistently. So I phoned VW Road side assistance, which assist me in a flash. There I spoke to Terence. The man phoned me constantly checking if I am assisted by VW. Really excellent service from him. After my car was loaded on the brake down services of Big D, we went off to VW Wonderboom. When they opened I spoke to Henry the Service advisor, and told him my situation. He said to me they will start working on my car as soon as the mechanic arrive. They gave me and my wife a cup of nice fresh coffee while we wait. In a short while my car was fixed and ready to drive to Oudtshoorn.
