Car Deposit

I was interested on buying a vehicle from O&J Car sales in Claremont. I went to them and they suggested I pay them a deposit for a BMW that i was interested in as they said it would make things easier when they apply for financing. I transferred the amount on the 08.08.2013 then by 14.08.2013 the banks declined. I then asked them to refund the deposit. They came up with stories and I told them i want my deposit money back. Last week Saturday morning I called them and the manager Mr. Khan said the payment was done from an Absa account and would reflect on my account on Tuesday as i have a FNB account. I asked them to send me proof of payment that didn't happen. Now today I phoned him and he's not responding on my calls. I am so tired of this treatment and unprofessionalism from all of them. I just want my deposit money back. Please help hello Peter this is frustrating me and am spending so much money on airtime calling them to hear more from them over and over. I would appreciate your speedy feedback on this regard.
