Holding my deposit for a car he sold

I was looking for a vehicle to buy and happened to find one at the above garage. Robby insisted on a deposit of R10 000.00 if i want the car which i paid. I gave the proof of payment To Patrick my friend who later gave me a reciept invoice. Written deposit unrefunded without any agreement and in my absence. I have been communicating with them telling them am stil trying to get the money. I told them i will be back in March. When i went there in March they had already sold the car and that was not a problem for me at all because they are doing business. They don't want to refund my R10 000.00 i already got the car i want. I then spoke to one of my friends who is interested in buying a toyota avanza ranging between 60-79. I told them because they said they organize any car you want. beginning of April till now they have not gotten the car and they want to refund me. I want my money or them to give my friend this car so that i get out of them. I don't want anything with robby all i need is my money. He insisted that i pay this money into his private account not company account.
