Bad Patent

I bought a brand new Ford Figo last year and when i bougt the car i asked the sales consultant what guarentee i have on the aircon rediator seeing its so expose and you can throw a brick through the gril. This was a concern and not a year later a stone hit my rediator and my aircon does not work anymore and cant be fixed. This is going to cost me a fortune to replace and to re-gas and the agents are just pulling their shoulders up and say they dont manufacture the cars. I feel if you want to make a bad patend you need to "service" it but now Ford is just stepping back and not taking responsibility. I feel this is bad manufacturing and feel that i need to be compisate for this. What is happening with bumper to bumper warentee? But there is always a catch or a loophole for these big companys
