POOR SERVICE WHILE MY LIFE IS IN DANGER

On 15 August 2013 I took my car to Superquick wanting a quotation because I wanted some mugs on my car and had very good service in the past from them. So the gentleman went to see which size is my tyres, when he noticed that my left back tyre was completely damaged. He told me to take the car back to the dealer due to the fact that earlier he had also the same model car with the same problem. So I immediately repaired the tyre from which even the wiring was exposed and now I'm on my way of losing this tyre as well. The monday (19 August) I took it to the dealer and they took some photo of the damaged shock and insured me that the claim would take 3-4 days. I inquired after a week again and the foreman told me the lady working with the claim was off because her father past away. after the lady started working I once again enquired on the 4th of September. The foreman said he had too take some photos and plainly it was clear that the shock was leaking. Again I was told the claim will take 2-3 days. I feel that this service is unacceptable due to the fact that everyday I put my live in danger because I have to travel to work and back and its 150km. The car have only 31 000 KM on.
