4 months NO feedback on parts for my KIA Sportage

I took my Kia Sportage 2010 in March for a service due to high fuel consumption. I collected the car the same day to be told that the parts were not available. One week later I was called to bring in my service book to make a copy of the warranty. Today - "FOUR "months later I still do not know what is happening.
March - Took my vehicle in and one week later a copy of the warranty
July 31 - Requested a meeting with the service manager, Ivan Smith. He apologised and took my vehicle to take photographs and committed to call me back. I have left several messages for him with no luck.
Aug 14 - I once again took my vehicle in. Ivan was not there and asked to speak to the Dealer Principal, Philip Cahay. We decided that we will start over. The system was down so we could not pull previous records. He called the Workshop Manager, Greg Wright who took my car and came back not understanding why the delay in getting the parts. He committed to calling me and since then I have not heard from him.
To top it all, I called today to speak to Greg and was kept waiting for 20 minutes on the phone - NO GREG. I have never experience such BAD service ever. Please can I get a response.
