Running out of patience!!

I was involved in a car accident just before the Easter Weekend earlier this year and my vehicle was close to being written off due to the fact that it is older than 10 years and the spray work that was required as aprt of the repair.

It was however decided that I should repair the vehicle and necessary arrangements with a panelbeater were made. That was the start of my hassle as Hyundai South Africa have still not delivered the parts required for repair and there have been no answers from their side. Nearly four months later this is unacceptable.

Parts were ordered on 8th April 2013 and my panelbeater was told it would take 4-6 working days but that was clearly not the case.

I have been in the market for a new vehicle since the accident and was considering sticking with Hyundai but due to their pathetic service and lack of feedback, apart from an initial sms to send sympathy for the accident, I will now look elsewhere.

Being a loyal customer gets you nowhere.
