Stuttaford Van Lines
Very bad service/attitude from Stuttfords

I recently made use of Stuttaford van Lines when moving from Cape Town to Namibia.
When my goods arrived in Namibia after 2 month storage wit Stuttafords, I noticed that the goods in the one truck was very badly damaged. It actually looked they the truck had been an some accident and the goods fell.
Whilst downloading my garage equipment, the crew dropped my very expensive Lathe. It broke. One of the crew mambers became very aggresive and I could smell that he as under the influence of alcohol. The crew tried to intimidate me to take some of the Items on my " damaged List" of. Many of my goods was as well for instance my Afrox Oxi set worth R12000. My daughters Keyboard was also and some of the boxes was cut open at the side and Items removed.
I know try to claim some of my damaged goods back and the are only willing to pay out Average values for some of the Items. For Instance, my Pool table's leg was Broken of. They are only willing to pay out R200 for it. I cannot replace any of the Items with the money that they are willing to Pay out.
Besides this unfairness, I was stuck between a fight between the Sout Africam offices and the namibian Offices. Please help
