Bought a ADE 352 block That is not usable

I did bought a ADE 352 engine block from them over the phone to use for one of my trucks. They did send it with a courier to me. We noticed that there was a cracked on the main journals and the threads was stripped out. They let me paid for a block that is scrap and send it to me and i did pay the courier also for scrap. I did pay R5130-00 for scrap
