On 16/08/2013 I was looking to rent a car for the coming week's use, having contacts in various car rentals I decided to go there first but they couldn't assist due to availability issues. I then went to other rental companies receiving quotations from all so that I could make a decision. Walking through the car park, two of your employees (apparently one of which is a supervisor) was driving in a KIA Sportage- doing a fleet check. As soon as they saw me and my friend (which works at another rental company), they started to accelerate. How ridiculous? That in a car park packed with people and kids wandering around- and this isn't the first incident of reckless driving I have seen from your employees- it happens almost all the time when I rent a car. Again they went around the car park, this time passing me and trying to greet- which obviously I wasn't going to do. Driving away they passed comments and started to swear- saying that I am a P#@s and look at that P#@s. Is this how you want to expand your business? Is this the image you want your company to have? One thing is certain, I will never rent from Hertz and I will go out of my way to make sure no one else will either.
