Disgusting attitude

I am very very disappointed in the service I have received at the Value brake and clutch Branch in Bellville Stikland. The consultant Francois had no manner or etiquette when speaking to me as a client paying for a service.

Being in the field of delivering a service you and your employee have fallen short. He spoke down to me when I asked him a simple question. I am not an expert in your field; I find it frustrating that he spoke down to me. I am allowed to ask a question whether it be stupid. He should answer and not have and attitude and tell me that you in the business for 20 years. He then threatens me and says I can come and fetch my car he does not want my business!!!

Utterly and completely disgusted... I will be waiting for a reply. If i do not receive a reply I will be taking it further.
