DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM A CLIENT FACING BUSINESS

I am truly DISGUTED by the attitude received by Personal Loans Call Centre consultants. I tried to make arrangements with regards to my personal which is in arrears as I cannot afford the amount FNB would like to debit me with. I am in the process of receiving a consolidation loan and will settle FNB in full but to have R3000 off my salary is bizarre. I am not sure who I spoke to in order to make necessary arrangements and instead received the WORST SERVICE EVER and had the phone put down in my ear! I am utterly DISGUSTED by this as this is a client facing business. After being a client of FNB for 17 years, I will NEVER recommend nor do any transactions with FNB again
